Members of the team are visionaries in their respective fields and bring to Kaizen, huge reservoirs of knowledge, talent and experience.

Ashok Krish – President
With over two decades of diversified experience spread across IT/Telecom/Office Automation industries globally, Ashok brings a track record of success and expertise to his position as the President and Chief Executive Officer for Kaizen Technologies Inc.

Since he took over Kaizen in 2003, Ashok has been the indomitable force behind Kaizen's growth and expansion. His relentless passion continues to challenge the pressures of the ever changing trends of IT industry. In 2007, owing to his leadership Kaizen won the "Outstanding Business" award in NJ, by the Edison Chamber of Commerce among a clutch of other business leadership awards. Prior to this, Ashok had a long sales and management stint with Xerox Corp in India where he consistently won the awards and rewards and has successfully set up and steered IT firms in towards success and growth. He is a working board member of "Indian American council" and Charter Member of "TiE The Indus Entrepreneurs" Ashok's responsibilities include planning directing and coordinating Kaizen's business, strategic planning, developing executive client relationships, driving revenue and extending the overall business model through strategic partnerships for the firm. His subdued charm, clear principles and strong networking skills help the Company to forge crucial bonds for the Company. Ashok's leadership stems from a deeply held belief, that one leads people by example - by liberating their potential, leveraging their skills and leaving them to pursue clearly defined goals. He has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from California Coast University and loves out-door activities like hiking, golf and traveling during his spare-time. He lives in North Edison along with his wife Sudha and two boys Eeshaan and Tanush.

Vijay Patil - Vice President (Operations)

In-Charge of the overall operations of the organization, his patience and strategic planning ensures that Company achieves its set goals year after year.

Suresh Jeevarathinam – Vice President (IT Services & Solutions)
Inspired by Technology, Entrepreneurship and Teamwork he drives himself to lead and head large teams to deliver consistently and exceed customer expectations using his expertise in Cross-Functional, Technical & Corporate leadership.

He heads the IT Services and Solutions business as a Vice-President and responsible for Delivery Excellence for Project Delivery and manage all IT projects / products through our in-house, on-shore and Global Development Centre in India.

His responsibilities predominantly ensure delivery excellence through global project management, operational strategies and new IT business initiatives. Improved Process governance and got ISO 9000 certified for the global delivery centre. Consolidated the testing competency and established a Test Centre of Excellence (TCOE), initiated a Health Care IT Services & Solutions as a new line of business, strategic partnering with VMware, Oracle, SAP, MS, IBM to strengthen the organization’s business opportunities. Strengthened the product portfolio and launched 2 products. (Java based – ZenEagle and .NET based – EBMS), contributed growth in terms of New Geography – Japan and Ghana, growth in terms of New Service Offerings – IT Infrastructure, MS Dynamics, State /Federal Bids and BFS products.

His significant career achievement includes VP / CIO / PMO Head / Global Operations Head / Delivery Head / Technology & Architecture / Programme Management and Enterprise IT Governance.

Highly Seasoned and Certified Project / Program Management IT Professional with 18 years of IT experience in cross-functional areas of Development, Testing, Systems Implementation, Support, Quality Assurance, Process Management, Project Management and Test program management with prestigious organisations in India and abroad for Product and IT services organizations; He has exclusive 10 years of large scale program management experience. He has successfully associated with Fortune 100’s like Metro AG, PWC, DFK Intl, Accenture, CSC, NHS UK, SHS Singapore and 3iInfotech.

He has done his Masters in Information Technology. He is also Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), ISACA®, USA and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI®, USA. . Presented a software testing best practice case study at an international software testing conference for which the “Software testing Best Practice Award”, was awarded at the testing conference held at West Coast, USA.

Ramkumar Rajagopal – Director (Training & Business Solutions)
Ramkumar has over 15 years of experience as an educator, executive and an entrepreneur. He has been in Education and Training business for the last 10 years and currently he is the Director of Training and

Business Solutions in Kaizen Technologies, Inc. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Karnatak University, India and a MBA from New Jersey Institute of Technology, .

He passed in distinction in his MBA program and inducted as a life member in Beta Gamma Sigma an honor society for his outstanding scholastic achievement in his MBA program for being one among the top 20% from the schools accredited by AACSB International – The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International and awarded a medal in this regard.

He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the world’s most reputed Project Management Institute (PMI®) and teaches Project Management Courses in Kaizen.

The achievements of Kaizen Training Division during his leadership are:

Over 300 students trained in the last 2 years and 100% completed their courses.
Students have attained 100% passing rate in the PMP® Exam.
Due to Project based training, achieved over 75% placement rate for students trained in different courses.
Approval from New Jersey Department of Education as a private vocational school.
Approval from world reputed Project Management Institute (PMI®) as a Registered Education Provider (REP) with Global Provider Status; this ensures Kaizen as one among the 1000 elite institutes in the world for Project Management.
Approval from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) as their Vendor for Technology Training.
Recruited fresh college graduates trained them to certification and job placement through Kaizen Technologies.
