RapIT has listeners that process requests from different types of clients that uses a variety of protocols. The Listener client can be Call Center application, Web, Front end, stand alone or a legacy application. Similarly, the adapter component deals with backend data either through a database or through a synchronous/Asynchronous transaction.

Simple Translation Engine

RapIT RapIT comes with a simple translation wizard that helps the user map a transaction from the request to the response. This wizard runs under browser environment and generate XML scripts that translation engines uses.
