COVID-19 Response From Kaizen

As we face the uncertainty created by the coronavirus (COVID-19), protecting the health and well-being of our firm members and clients is a top priority for us. We wanted to share with you how Kaizen is addressing many of the same challenges that our clients or Customers may be facing. We are actively monitoring news and reports from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and state and local health agencies, and taking proactive steps to help ensure our staff stay healthy and the firm maintains the ability to provide our clients with uninterrupted high quality service.

We want to assure our clients and friends that we are continuing to work for you. Our offices are open, but if needed we have in tested telecommuting technology to allow staff to work remotely. Although in-person meetings often are valuable and the most efficient means of communication, we thank you in advance for your understanding and support of our temporary preference for telephone and video-conferenced meetings where possible. If held, we anticipate keeping on-site meetings to fewer than five individuals. If in-person meetings are needed, our office layout and multiple rooms allow us to meet with our clients in a comfortable environment while maintaining the CDC's recommended distances. Additionally, we are rescheduling classes / training programs and events. During normal business day in our office we barely have couple visitors, which helps us is maintaining safety to our staff.

For our W2 and W9 employees who are working at client location - Request you all to follow the clients requirement for the same.

We have asked everyone in our offices to minimize non-essential business travel. Of our staff, we have requested that anyone who is sick, has had a fever in the last 24 hours, or is in close contact in the last 14 days with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, to please not come to office.

Staff is aware of daily measures they are supposed to take to stay safe, including frequent hand washing, use of hand sanitizer, and social distancing, with around 4000 Sqft office space and 6 or 7 staff members at a time in office, we are comfortably spaced out. The building owners are sanitizing touched public surfaces, doorknobs. We have additional antibacterial products in office if needed.

With these precautions in place, our staff will continue to provide the uninterrupted, client service that you have come to expect from us. We are committed to serving our clients and our community as this rapidly moving situation unfolds. This is an unprecedented time for all of us. We appreciate your confidence in Kaizen’s ability to serve you.

During these challenging times, we hope that you and your families stay safe. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
